Sr. Sales Executive
Summary
The Sr. Sales Executive will meet with our prospects/customers and work to build a trusting relationship with them. They will work to understand our prospects/customers, their products, their culture, organizational structure and business requirements. They will co-develop and execute pre-sales strategies with Professional Services, Marketing & Management. This will enable them to best advise each prospect/customer as to how we can assist them in achieving their business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company Software Products to net new prospects
- Keep CRM system updated daily with activity notes
- Accurately forecast using the Godlan CRM system
- Align the account strategy with the Godlan sales process.
- Continuous education on competitive products.
- Collaborate with Customers, Pre-sales, Engagement Managers and Professional Services in the creation of Software Sales Orders, Project Proposals, Statements of Work and Project Plans.
- Attend Sales Training sessions for alignment to Sales Process
- Establish Referenceable Accounts
- Responsible for participating in prospect outreach strategy, including development of marketing material such as C-Level presentations, pre-sales presentations, elevator pitches.
- Attending trade shows or other prospecting activities that are identified as strategic events
- Conduct prospect visits, calls and presentations pertaining to our products and services
- Create relationships with Strategic Partners and Consulting Groups
- Prospect for leads beyond those generated by the marketing team.
- Identify selling opportunities and execute a winning sales strategy
- Develop Account Plans and Close Plans for accounts
- Maintain prospect information in the Godlan SharePoint site
- Presentation of the Godlan/Infor portfolio of products and services to prospects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years working experience in Technology Sales. Fundamental knowledge of manufacturing processes is a must.
- Working with / for Consultancies that specialize in Project Management, Deployment and/or support of software-related products or services is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft technology, competitive positioning and experience in the area of Manufacturing / Distribution
- Stellar oral/written communication, organization and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated effectiveness in a customer facing role is an absolute must.
- Understanding of IT applications in several industry verticals will be a significant plus
- This position is characterized by a sustained record of sales achievement and complete knowledge of the organization’s policies, products and/or services. This is a sales position, typically requiring a minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Client Solution Executive (Pre-sales)
Summary
The Client Solution Executive is responsible for providing pre-sales support to the sales team for all pre-sales and business consulting requirements. This includes performing product demonstrations; as well as, providing individual pre-sales support to meet targets. Specific responsibilities include: (i) meeting with the Godlan sales organization and potential and current customers to gather requirements necessary to build effective solutions; (ii) the development of targeted solution demos, review all responses to RFPs and demo information required during the sales cycle to opportunity fulfillment; and (iii) performing product demonstrations to end users and senior management up to the executive level. The Client Solution Executive will report directly to the Godlan sales management. Additional duties include but are not limited to site surveys, creating business process flows, identifying and recommending solutions and potential personalization development, ability to explain complex problems in an easy to understand approach. Thorough knowledge of discrete and multi-mode manufacturing processes is essential. A thorough understanding of Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts is crucial. A thorough understanding of the Infor SyteLine ERP solution is bonus.
Responsibilities
- Creatively present an omnichannel selling experience to prospects using CPQ and 3D models in the discrete manufacturing sector.
- Work with Territory Sales Executives and Management to meet sales objectives and revenue forecasts, on a consistent month-to-month basis, including meeting personal and team quota targets. Provide resource allocation by skillset to maximize sales effectiveness for product demonstrations across assigned region.

- Pursue additional product, presentation, and demonstration skills training as needed throughout the product life-cycle.
- Perform sales visits and customer calls to assist in sales process.

- Participate in trade-shows, user conferences and sales seminars.
- Develop thought leading and creative scenarios of product presentations and demonstrations and methods.

- Develop relationships with existing customers and nurture references.
- Develop expertise and product knowledge in the complete suite of products and services offered.
- Keep abreast of trends in manufacturing theory, technology and processes.

- Document all relevant prospect and customer activity in internal CRM system.
- Participate in regular cadence strategy and forecast calls.
Requirements
- Complete detailed understanding of CPQ and ERP solutions with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in ERP pre-sales and business consulting with solutions vendors like Infor, SAP, Oracle, IFS, Epicor, etc. or equivalent functional and technical experience in the manufacturing industry
- A strong working knowledge of the Infor SyteLine ERP system is preferred
- A working knowledge of APIs, REST language, SQL, .NET, and JAVA
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills related to tone, inflection, and delivery via web and live audience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed requiring minimal supervision to meet deadlines and milestones as required
- Ability to define the sales solution and value proposition based upon a prospect’s unique circumstances
- Ability to travel 50% to 75%, often extending outside business hours
Senior Technical Consultant
Primary Objectives
A Senior Technical Consultant is to provide billable technical and development services to customers in support of their Infor SyteLine ERP Industrial/SyteLine system. Depending on skillset, a Senior Technical Consultant may also provide other development or technical services, which may be unrelated to Infor SyteLine ERP Industrial/SyteLine.
Responsibilities
A Senior Technical Consultant is primarily responsible for delivering services to customers through a variety of activities including, but not limited to, requirements gathering, analysis, formulating solutions to business issues, documenting specifications, estimating projects, development, testing, debugging, and project delivery to the customer.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Microsoft .NET technologies, including T-SQL, C#, and VB.Net
- A degree in a technical discipline is preferred
- Enterprise Resource Planning system basic knowledge, specifically Infor SyteLine ERP Industrial/SyteLine
- Previous consulting experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility in dealing with simultaneous projects

Senior Business Consultant
Primary Objectives
A Senior Business Consultant is to provide billable business consulting and training services to customers in support of their Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)/SyteLine ERP system. Depending on skillset, a Senior Business Consultant may also provide other consulting services, which may be unrelated to CSI/SyteLine (i.e., manufacturing best practices, business process re-engineering, etc.).
Responsibilities

- Develop deliverable documentation for customers
- End user training
- Analyzing and recommending solutions for complex tactical level problems.
- Manufacturing business process analysis and modeling

Position Requirements, Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine versions 10, 9 or 8 experience required
- The position requires at least 50% travel within the US.

- ERP Implementation Experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with different parts of the organization and to make recommendations on CSI/SyteLine usage and configuration based on best practices and experience.
